eESS
The electronic Employee Support System is where we record information about you, your employment contract, and your place within NHS Lanarkshire.
Loop
See your shifts anywhere with Loop. Download the mobile app below or log in to the web version using the same account.
You can also use Loop to book Bank shifts. You will need to be a member of our Staff Bank to take advantage of that functionality!
Turas
Turas is NHS Scotland’s national learning and workforce platform, providing access to learning, appraisal, and professional development tools.
Optima
Optima is NHS Lanarkshire’s eRostering system, used to manage staff rotas, annual leave, staffing information, and workforce planning. Access guidance, support information, and resources for roster management, account access, and common Optima queries can be found here.
SafeCare
SafeCare is the national Real Time Staffing Assessment system, used to record RAGG status and Red Flags to identify risks, this supports to evidence compliance of safe staffing legislation and local mitigation/escalation actions. It is also used to enter Staffing Level Tool details if applicable. Guidance and resources are available on the Safecare Teams channel.
LearnPro
LearnPro is NHS Scotland’s online learning platform, providing access to e-learning modules, mandatory training, learning resources, and professional development materials. Use LearnPro to complete required training, track your learning record, and access educational content relevant to your role.
