• You work with us already as a Substantive member of staff or as a Staff Bank Worker
• You want to apply for a role in the same Job Family, e.g. Nursing as your current role
• You’re applying for a Band at the same or lower level than your current role
• You have no attendance issues or other issues which make you unsuitable for working on the Bank
• The role you’re applying for is broadly similar to your current role.
