New Once for Scotland Policies

A series of awareness sessions have been arranged to support the refresh of the following policies within NHS Scotland:

• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
• Gender-Based Violence
• Facilities Arrangements for Trade Unions and Professional Organisations
• Personal Development Planning and Performance Review (PDPPR)
• Employment Checks
• Fixed Term Contracts
• Secondment
• Redeployment

 
The following guides have also been developed to support these policies:

• Racism
• Reasonable adjustments
• Sexual harassment
• Transitioning

 
The policies are available here  as part of a soft launch between 15 October 2024 and 15 January 2025.  The policies will be officially launched in early February 2025.
 
NHS Lanarkshire’s awareness sessions will cover operational differences and the implications of the new policies. A copy of the slides that will be covered in the awareness sessions are available here.
